Welcome to Rise on Purpose. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and coaching sessions. By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Rise on Purpose offers life coaching services, including single coaching sessions and session packages, delivered online. Coaching services are focused on personal growth, goal setting, and accountability.
All paths include a complimentary 30-minute consultation call. Each coaching session lasts up to 50 minutes. Rise On Purpose exclusively offers Life Coaching Services not Mental Health Counseling.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase coaching services.
Individuals under the age of 18 may only use or purchase services with the express consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
3. Payments & Billing
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. For any billing or payment-related concerns, please contact Stripe directly.
Payment Terms
Single Sessions:
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Coaching Packages (3, 6, or 12 months):
An upfront payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total package price is required at the time of enrollment.
The remaining balance must be paid in full once fifty percent (50%) of the total number of sessions included in the package have been completed, regardless of whether future sessions have been scheduled.
Progress is tracked based on the number of coaching sessions completed, not calendar dates.
Clients may choose to pay the full package price upfront.
Early Termination Policy
If you choose to discontinue sessions before completing your coaching package:
You may use any remaining prepaid sessions for up to three (3) months from the date of your last attended session.
After this period, any unused sessions will expire and will not be refunded.
An early termination fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD) will apply.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Price changes will not affect sessions already purchased.
4. Scheduling
Upon successful payment, clients receive access to a scheduling dashboard to book sessions.
It is the client’s responsibility to schedule, confirm, and attend sessions at the selected times.
5. Cancellations
Session Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment. No refunds will be issued; however, the session may be rescheduled within the available scheduling calendar.
Notice Requirements
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted by phone call or text message. Requests made via email or any other communication channels will not be accepted as valid notice.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Coaching Packages
Refunds are not provided for completed or unused sessions. All payments are non-refundable and subject to the package terms outlined in these Terms of Service.
6. Confidentiality
Your privacy is important. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except in the following circumstances:
When disclosure is required by law (such as a court order or legal investigation);
When there is a risk of harm to yourself or others;
When you provide written consent for information to be shared.
Rise on Purpose will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice.
Rise on Purpose does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from coaching services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise on Purpose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Rise on Purpose website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and coaching materials, is the exclusive property of Rise on Purpose and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Websites and External Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including scheduling tools, media platforms, or social networks.
Rise on Purpose is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party websites or services not operated or controlled by us. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
