Roots & Journey
I’m a wife, a proud fur mom to my dog Shadow, and someone who finds joy in giving back—community action projects, helping those in transition, and supporting local animal shelters.
My journey began in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where I was born and lived until my junior year of college. Later, I moved to Tampa, Florida earning a Bachelor’s in Criminology and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. Eventually, I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, working with people from many different walks of life.
My heart also rests at the beach, in my butterfly garden, and in my pleasure for container gardening.
From Counseling to Coaching
Recently, I shifted from counseling to life coaching. For a long time, I felt restless—asking if there was “more.” I wrestled with fear, doubt, and being out of alignment with God’s calling. Now, I’m using that journey to help others bridge their own gaps. I’ve learned that when we finally say ‘yes’ to that inner nudge, the fear doesn’t just disappear-it transforms into the fuel that carries us toward our highest potential.
The real question wasn’t What if I fail? But-
What if I do it afraid? What if I do it anyway? What if I step out on faith and let God handle the outcome?
